Maintenance Weekend - October 11, 2025

## Current Status We are preparing for a maintenance weekend to upgrade the Vertica RDBMS from version 23.4 to 25.2. The maintenance is scheduled for October 11, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM CEST in FRA1, excluding DSS-V03. ## Impact During this maintenance window, ETL schedulers will be disabled, databases will be stopped, and Vertica will be upgraded using Rundeck. ## What We're Doing Our team will be ensuring that the Vertica RDBMS is upgraded successfully. Additionally, we will prepare up-to-date configurations for ADS and ensure that backups are in place. ## Expected Resolution The goal of this maintenance is to complete the upgrade successfully within the scheduled window. ## Next Steps Once we receive the green light from Infobip, we will communicate this maintenance weekend to our customers.
